You have the right to not care.
You have the right to care enough to choose what works and what doesn’t
You have the right to turn down the volume.
You have the right to discern between what is worth your time and what isn’t.
You have the right and the empowerment to select exactly what enters your space and what does not.
Choices and the power of No go a long way towards making your life still enough to choose the YES with intention, potency and sovereignty.
This is true of social media, work, relationships, activities and what you create in the world.
